Give a list of your staff experiences in Garry's Mod (if any), Include references:   I have had many staff experiences, These include Staff manager on most of HighTyhd's servers. --------------------Situational Questions-------------------- What would you do if a player reported that they were RDM'd by another player?   Bring the players up to a sit, hear both sides of the story check logs (b-logs etc) if needed, if accusation is proven correct, explain what they've done wrong.   If it's their first offence, and did not know of DarkRP's core rules, verbally warn them.   Otherwise, warn them for the offence (unless mass rdm = ban) but if they have previous warnings then kick/ban based on servers policy. Consult with other staff post decision, and ask how they would have handled the situation. What would you do if a player threatens to DDOS the server?   Consult with higher staff members if possible, hopefully resulting in an IP ban. If there are no other staff members on (unlikely),   deal with the situation (kick/ban) as best as my server permms allow, grab their steamid, and immediately report it to higher staff in discord to get a higher form of punishment.  What would you do if a player is spamming any form of communication (OOC, Comms, Local Chat, Voice Chat etc.)?   Bring player to sit, and ask them to stop (effectively verbal warn), and return them. if they don't stop, warn them,   and if they continue to spam harass, kick/ban depending on servers policy.
